Since my last post

It has been so long since my last post so a few quick updates as to what has happened since then...

1. Ongoing pandemic, homeschooling, lockdowns and all that fun
2. A house move. We packed up and moved down to the New Forest - and are really loving life here with the donkeys and ponies
3. I graduated - hooray
4. I quit Instagram, was really happy for 3 months, started up again, then quit again...more on that later
5. I'm currently taking part in Hampshire Open Studios
6. I've been thinking hard about the artist I am / want to be...also more on that later
7. I've got a job working as Art Technician and ad hoc GCSE Art Teacher at a local school and am really excited about this

So that is quite a lot and now that I've written it all down, it is no wonder I haven't been maintaining this site. But now I have officially deleted my Instagram account I will use this more often. This is me today, sat in the garden stitching and looking forward to visitors for Hampshire Open Studios. This is my 4th day of being open and so far it has been brilliant.
